B.Tech - Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Technological advancements in process monitoring, control and industrial automation over the past decades have contributed greatly to improve the productivity of virtually all manufacturing industries throughout the world. Be it heavy machines, industries, aviation, space technology, mining & chemicals, research measurements, engineers with specialization in instrumentation and control are in demand everywhere.

This department is one the unique & least founded branch at SRGI not only by means of Syllabus, but also in the sense of Industrial relations, support & has attractive job opportunities. To ensure proper  practical approach to the field of instrumentation & control, department had set up many different & dedicated state of art laboratories like Advanced Instrumentation Lab, Control System Lab & Process Control Lab.

Admission Procedure

  • UPSEE seats (85% seats), through counseling of UPSEE-09.
  • Management seats (15% seats), below is the eligibility criteria:

Eligibility

For admission to B.Tech courses, the candidate must have minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 from any recognized board/university.

Preference will be given to the following
  • Candidates who have appeared & qualified UPSEE
  • Candidates who have appeared & qualified AIEEE
  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with PCM, scoring minimum 60% marks (Management seats).

Fees Structure

Fees for all Courses will be charged as approved by regulatory bodies.
